Cathedral City Vintage Cheddar is beautifully balanced, full-bodied and smooth yet crunchy with an intensely long lasting flavour. Perfect for a weekend cheeseboard – try serving with malted wheat crackers, fig jam and a good quality beer.

May contain naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which are found in high quality aged cheddars.
