Ingredients. Cumin, Coriander, Bay, Chilli, Onion, Paprika, Pepper, Fenugreek.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Stir fry a finely chopped medium onion in 3 tbs cooking oil. Add 2 tbs Balti Spice Mix and fry for one minute. Add finely chopped meat (300g) and vegetables. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup water and braise until meat is tender and sauce is thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
