Ingredients. Pepper, salt, coriander. paprika, sugar, chilli, all spice, cumin, nutmeg, bay
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Mix seasoning well with vegetable oil to make a paste, Rub fish, pork or chicken with paste, leave in fridge for 2 hours then bake on a tray in a hot oven and serve.
