The supreme accompaniment to roast lamb. To make mint sauce mix 2 tbs Mint with tbs white vinegar and 2 tbs honey. Bring to the boil, stir and let cool slowly. Not to be confused with peppermint which is used to flavour desserts and cakes. Infuse 1 tsp in hot water to make refreshing.
