Ingredients. Coriander, cumin, fenugreek, chilli, cinnamon, bay, paprika, pepper, garlic, cloves.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
The classic spice blend to season meats cooked in a tandoori oven. Mix 2 tbs masala with 100ml yoghurt. Individually cover chicken or lamb pieces with paste and cook on a tray in a hot oven.
