Ingredients. Coriander, paprika, cumin, turmeric, pepper, anis, cloves, cardamom, ginger, chilli.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Fine chop 2 medium onions and fry until soft. Add more oil and 2 tbs mix. Fry 1 minute then add 400g cut chicken pieces, 200 tinned chopped tomatoes, 75ml yoghurt, 75 ml double cream and a large diced red pepper. Simmer until meat is cooked and sauce thick. Season to taste and serve with boiled rice.
